I must register my disappointment with several aspects of my stay. The absence of a convenient Grab pick-up location near the hotel pose a significant problem. I also observed housekeeping did not replenish toiletries adequately . The gym equipment warrants immediate attention because I noticed rust and damage on several machines. I find that I waited far too long for breakfast on multiple occasions.

The staff greeted our daughter by name each day which felt special. The hotel sits right on the Campuhan trail. We found the decor very traditional, yet modern. The flower bath in the room was charming. The terrace-like balcony included a bathtub that looked out over the jungle.

Our room featured a balcony with a jacuzzi, offering wonderful views of the surrounding forest. The design was modern and luxurious with everything needed for relaxation. The green rice fields and a tourist path are easily accessible from the hotel.

the staff welcomed me HOME every time i returned. the views are amazing and very peaceful. breakfast was very very nice i enjoyed the variety and high quality.

the room smelled like MOLD so they cleaned the air conditioning filters, which helped a little. they also brought an air purifier, but the smell lingered. the gym is ABOVE the spa.
